Food not good! Buffet..icky! Beautiful city by boat at nite but boring. They sent a guide just for us for the whole trip. It was a bit weird really. Nice guy but other dinner cruises I have been on have someone on the boat who does a commentary.

We were surprised to have a tour guide join us for the river cruise, we thought we would just get dropped off at the boat, however the guide, a really nice local Moravian, had so much information to share that it was a nice bonus to have her join us for the evening.

The meal itself was not of a very high standard although there was plenty of it; low end buffet. The boat only travels a short way up and down the river and spent more time waiting to navigate the lock than actually travelling. Compared to the dinner cruise we had in Amsterdam, this was definitely overpriced.

What a great way to learn about the amazing history of this beautiful untouched city. A lovely local Czech guide with so much knowledge of the history of Prague made this a great tour. The tour helps you plan what specific places you'd like to visit later in your stay, so it's a good idea to do this early in your stay in Prague.

The pick-up from our apartment before the tour was a welcome treat. The tour was good. However the duration of the tour is too less. May be it should be alloted couple of hours more in the schedule as it was like we were in a hurry to finish the tour once it started. It would be a good idea to start the tour at 1:00pm instead of 3:00pm which would have been more perfect and relaxed. The guide was informative, funny,and friendly with the kids. Overall a nice tour except for the rush. We would definitely recommend the tour if the duration is extended by a couple of hours.

Our tour guide was very unprofessional and downright strange. Not only did she not give us much information on what we were seeing, but she wouldn't even open her eyes when she talked to us and she practically ran from site to site, not bothering to make sure the group was together. Her English language skills were also lacking. She never asked if we had any questions and didn't really want to answer us if we asked her any. I'm not sure where you found her, but she's the worst tour guide I've ever had.

WE were picked up 30 minutes late. There was a French Couple on the tour , the rest being English speaking and as all explanations were given in English and French, quite a lot of time was waisted

The tour and the water and music show was wonderful. But, the tour guide spent a lot of time talking to the bus driver, having many private conversations with him. She also had some kind of argument in front of all of us with the ticket person at the Fountain.

This is a must do tour rather than a we loved it tour. It was very thought provoking and quite chilling. Terezin was not a concentration camp but the next worse thing, a ghetto with a terrible prison. Make time to do this tour.

Me & my Wife had an amazing time with City Discovery's tour ot Cesky Krumluv and Cesky Budejovice. Our guide had lots of knowledge about the place and he gave us lots of information about the whole area. The whole day was very fun filling. the whole place and Journey was just amazing...... Had great Food and Beer from Eggenburgh in Krumluv. I would recommned this as a must DO when you visit Prague.......

Cesky Krumlov is no doubt is a beautifull place to visit, but the tour was badly orginized. It was a mini bus instead off comfortable bus, the guide name was Will,spoke English and German, but English was very bad, we hardly could hear or understand anything what he was talking about.In Cheske Budovice, the guide didn't explain anything about the place, and just gave us 10 minutes to take photos. Than the guide sugested to us to join another car with another guide, which was a bit better. In Chesky Krumlov we hasn't been given spare time, the lunch was average and disorginized.I would't use this company and the City -discovery.com site again.

Very good private guide. Must be over 80 years, but still.. Fluent in German with very interesting information on Prague. Food was good and enough for everyone. Waiters were polite and quick. Music was OK but not really necessary. Nice man though

I was not told that I had to call the local office to confirm that we were going to be on the tour and so luckily I called and they sent a minibus to pick us up. We did enjoy the trip but having to wait on the pavement outside our hotel for an hour and then being subjected to some grand prix driving before getting on the boat was all a bit much. I won't be booking any further trips with City Discovery - which is a shame as I travel a lot.

the kutna hora tour was very intresting and are guide was very good, the church at kutna hora is very intresting, . only bad point is yiu do not got enough time at all the locations

The trip to kutna hora was ok.. The bone cathedral was an eye opener but unfortunately, the guide does not really speak gd english and it is hard to understand. Could have been better if the guide can speak more standard english

We were there off season in November but the tour was outstanding.Our guide was very informed and engaging. He took us though the countryside to see the real Czech Republic. He timed the visits to enable us to see all of the sites on the tour. We highly recommend this tour to see a little bit of the Czech Republic if you visit Prague.

Nice , colourful spa town, worth a visit if you're in the Czech Republic. Becherovka Museum was good, and they give you some of the drink to sample! Weather wasn't great but that's no one's fault by mine for travelling in February. City Discovery are always very well organised, picking me up from my hotel and returning me promptly. All the staff and guides were very helpful and friendly.

Exellent is the only word to describe this tour, are tour guide was exellent and funny, we visited two micro breweries and were told all about how the beer was brewed , also visited one local czech pub which was nice, the four local beers we had were very nice. met some great people on this tour, if you like and are intrested in beer you will like this tour
